Italy Group Trip 2022 - Halee with a Flair

Here is the moment that you all have been waiting for! This is going to be my first hosted group trip to Italy. I’ve been working very closely with Davide from Grayline-I Love Rome to put together a great itinerary. This trip will let you experience the best of Rome with a taste of additional Italian Regions while staying in the comfort of a 4 Star Hotel!

When: November 3rd-10th, 2022

About the Trip:

This trip will leave New York City’s JFK airport at approximately 7:50 pm on November 3rd and is a nonstop flight to Rome, Italy that will arrive at approximately 9:50 am on November 4th. This trip is perfect whether it is your first time to 100th time in Italy. We will be staying in the heart of Rome and getting to experience travel to Tuscany and Naples.

There are going to be optional group meals and events like photo opportunities throughout the trip. I will be arranging separate hidden gem-style events throughout this trip. It is going to be a good combination of scheduled events and open exploration. Wandering throughout Rome is wonderful.

November 4^th

Arrival transfer Fco apt – Hotel with private bus and assistance English & Italian speaking
Welcome cocktail at hotel or in a location nearby hotel including 1 cocktail and snacks

Roundtrip transfer from hotel to Vatican area
HD Visit Vatican Museum and St. Peter Basilica with local guide – entrances included
Aperitivo in Campo de Fiori area or Piazza Navona area

November 6^th

Full day excursion to Tuscany – Siena and an Gimignano Chianti area with private bus and our assistant + cooking lesson and wine tasting included (Castello da Verrazzano could be..)

November 7^th

Roundtrip transfer from hotel to Colosseum area
Visit Colosseum & Roman Forum with local guide entrances included
Ticket 24 hours Hop on/Hop Off Bus
Optional Group Activity TBA

November 8^th

Roundtrip transfers Hotel – Termini Station
2a class Ticket Highspeed train Rome – Naples – Rome
Visit Naples with local guide – street food tour including Pizza and Caffe Napoletano!

November 9^th

Roundtrip transfer from hotel to historical centre Rome
Food tour – Gelato tasting and Pantheon tour with local guide
Optional Group Activity TBA

November 10^th

Departure transfer with private bus and assistance

FYI: My trips are NOT all inclusive. Everything listed above is included, you will be responsible for meals, gifts, and transportation not listed.

Pricing

Double Occupancy: $2450 – Room w/2 beds with roommate w/ air

Single Occupancy: $2690 – Having a bedroom to yourself w/ air

Double Occupancy $1565 (w/o air)

Single Occupancy $1805 (w/o air)

Prices are per person and subject to change. There is no “occupancy fee” the difference in fares is based on sharing or splitting the cost of hotel rooms. If you are traveling solo and would like to possibly be matched with a roommate please put that on your application and I will match you.

There is a land-only option for this trip if you’d like to find your own flight to Rome or if you are far from JFK. This option includes everything listed above except for the flights in and out of Miami.

If you need help securing the best flight from your home to JFK or Rome if its closer, email me and I will definitely help you. We need everyone to arrive around the same time for the bus otherwise, transportation to the airport and back will be on your own.

Payment Info

Deposit of $300 is required to reserve your spot.
A credit of $50 will be given if balance is paid in full all at once.
at least 50% of the balance due May 31st, 2022.
Full balance is due on September 30th, 2022.
Payment deadlines are mandatory! Missing deadlines can result in losing your seat.
Payments can be split up however you would like and can be made at any time via Paypal, Venmo, or Cash App.
Sample payment plan: $300 deposit, and payments of $250.

Additional Information

Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates.
All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, I reserve the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
I offer roommate matching for this trip. When making your reservations please select “double occupancy” and when asked for your roommate’s name please enter “request roommate match”. Roommates will be matched as they become available. In the event that there is no available roommate you will be required to pay the difference between solo occupancy.
This trip is for adults who are of legal age to consume alcohol.
