Cheap Eats and Drinks in Las Vegas

May 11, 2021

Las Vegas can get expensive really quickly. To give you an idea, we ordered a chicken tender meal while at the pool at the Venetian and it cost $35. I’ve never paid that in my life for chicken tenders. They were really good but that was some sticker shock. That is why I decided to come up with this list of cheap eats and drinks in Las Vegas.

Flights Restaurant By Alex Hult located at the Miracle Mile Shops

We stumbled on this one after we left the next bar below. They have different flight happy hours for lunch and brunch so make sure you check those out. Most of their dishes also come in flights. The drink flights below were $10 per flight.

Blondie’s at Miracle Mile Shops

The food pricing is fairly moderate at this place. This bar has a fabulous happy hour special that is good if you are looking to pregame. During the week from 3pm-6pm there is $20 all you can drink well beverages.

Sweets Raku

This was one of my favorite stops. Sweets Raku is just off the strip is and an amazing dining experience for a fraction of the cost. The desserts are served in two different courses and are prepared right in front of you.

Sapporo Revolving Sushi Bar

Sushi on the strip is expensive. This little place is located right off the strip in Chinatown and is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. The plates are $2.50 apiece and that is how you are charged.

Mas Por Favor

Mas Por Favor has a great happy hour special during the week in a speak easy! You need to make reservations currently if you want to get into the speak easy.

Grand Lux Cafe at the Venetian

This isn’t necessarily super cheap but it was inexpensive for the quality compared to other places on the strip. We actually ended up eating here a few times. They make all of their own sauces and dressings. This cafe is supposedly a brain child of the people who created Cheesecake Factory!

Ronald’s Donuts

Who doesn’t want a fresh donut? This little shop is located right off the strip near China town. They were so friendly and offered to fill different donuts for us. Ronald’s also has tasty looking breakfast sandwiches too!

I think it is really important to support local wherever you go. That is why I wanted to include some of these great off the strip options in Las Vegas. There are some good options on the strip as well as you can see. After a lot of research and trying these out, these are the best cheap eats and drinks in Las Vegas.
